Cannot delete a dataset if not in fullscreen #1500

There is an issue where the trash icon does not appear if not in fullscreen
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open DIVE
- Reduce the size of the window

No specific data.
Expected behavior
The trash icon and accessed metadata should appear.

- OS: ubuntu-10
- Browser: Desktop mode
