fix(macos): draw diff line bands as square rows - #2196

Each added or removed line's colour was the background of a hidden line of text, which current macOS draws rounded, so a block of changes read as a stack of pills. Added/removed line bands in tool diffs were drawn as the colour background of a hidden
Text, which macOS 27 renders rounded — every changed line became its own pill. Now each band is aRectanglefill, so consecutive changes form one square block (GitHub-style).Verified in the debug app with a synthetic edit diff (screenshot before: 8 separate rounded red pills; after: one continuous block).
