Agents cannot hand desktop and mobile app users the page they opened in the Environment browser #88
What happens. The official desktop and mobile apps show no Environment browser on a Lazurio Environment; that is by design (overlay spec, "Co se nemění"). When an agent in such a thread calls preview_open, the page opens in the Environment browser and the answer still says visible: true, because the host cannot tell which client the person uses. The answer carries a view address only for another Environment's tab (foreignOpen in apps/server/src/lazurio/environmentBrowser.ts). So an agent may tell a desktop or mobile user to look at a panel that is not there, and it has no address to give them instead.
Proposal. Return this Environment's view address (https://browser.<vm>.<org>.lazurio.io/t/<id>) as view for every tab preview_open opens, and say in the tool's description that a person without the panel opens that address. In web Chat such a link already opens in the panel.
Acceptance.preview_open on this Environment's own tab returns its view address; an agent in a thread opened from the desktop app can hand the person a link that shows the page.
Size. S, overlay files only (row 10). Low priority: it matters only for people who use the desktop or mobile app with a Lazurio Environment.
Found while triaging the open issues against 0.1.0-lazurio.3.
