- Merge main branch into the tests branch - Replace jest with vitest to match project standard - Move tests from src/__tests__/ to src/ following project convention - Add display.test.ts and fetch-check-runs.test.ts with full coverage - Drop duplicate delay tests (already covered by existing src/delay.test.ts) - Remove jest.config.mjs and jest/ts-jest dependencies - Remove jest env from .eslintrc.yml
