Track total playtime of users #1124

Would be a cool stat to show off. Playtime would probably be tracked by using /match game room updates. Having a playtime of atleast a certain amount of time might also be a good secondary condition to determine whether a user is "new" or not (to apply different perms based on new vs not new).
