[Imperialist Intimidation] Add a popup explaining what the outcome was

@SonofKrypton 's testing suggests this would be better with an event saying what happened at the end.

I've looked at this and there is only a single outcome for each version of the imperialist intimidation event. We should either make the writing clearer that this is the case, or we should make there be the multiple expected versions (and then add events for which outcome you get).

I am a writer, but I can't work today. If you can wait till tomorrow I would be more than happy to write something clearer, although I believe it is better to come up with some minor events after the outcome.

Cool! Either way sounds fine to me, whatever you think will work better writing wise we can certainly make work in the code.

I have come up with new rewards for this event.

1. They are wise not to give in to fear.
   "Our population had been dealing with hardships of life ever since they went into space. Nothing can scare them anymore, and they stand united before this new threat like never before."

• Add pop modifier - +20% army damage.

1. We won't give in to despair.
   "Ever since we established the first contact with another species, we knew that the future would be unpredictable. We shall not give in to despair even now, with a threat above our heads, but we will focus on improving our defenses."
2. Add +500 Engineering research.
3. Our country won't let [intimplanet.GetName] down.
   "Our reputation will be proven once again. We didn't work this hard just to be intimidated by some other empire in this vast galaxy. Many volunteers decided to help us and protect our planet."
4. Add 5 Destroyers for our empire.
5. For [intimplanet.GetName]!
   "[Empire name] has witnessed many hardships, and we have always prevailed. So will be this time. Our brave people will not their planet fall."
6. Add 6 defensive armies to [intimidated planet].
7. Faith put in righteous arms will never waver.
   "People of [Empire name] always had faith, even in the darkest times. Now, when one more threat is before them, they do not falter. United they stand, having faith that their vast numbers will be enough to deliver them from this impending evil."
8. Add -25% growth time to [intimidated planet] for 2 years.

Updated the rewards so that they are more balanced.
