Replaces the placeholder cookware sketch (and the maintainer's avatar) with a purpose-drawn mark: a bold C cut into three bands by two gaps, the middle band in tomato. Reads as the letter at a glance and as the Sandwich Model's three context layers on second look — the tomato band being the one that gets compressed. Chosen over literal chef-hat directions, which all landed in the food-app visual category and lost legibility below 32px. - docs-site/public/logo.svg — dark-tile version (nav + favicon, both wired already via config.ts) - docs-site/public/logo-mark.svg — transparent variant for light grounds - READMEs (root en/zh + all three packages) get the mark above the title

Ccut into three bands by two gaps, the middle band in tomato. Reads as the letter at a glance, and as the Sandwich Model's three context layers on second look — the tomato band being the one that gets compressed. Why not a chef hat: three rounds of literal chef-hat directions (SVG and image-gen) all landed in the food-app visual category — hats read as muffins, mascots lost all detail below 32px. The layer/compression idea is what's actually distinctive about this library, so the mark encodes that instead.

#0d1117— the C outline and the tomato band both survive at 16px.vitepress buildpasses; nav logo checked in the built site under both light and dark themes. On dark the tile blends into the page background and the C floats — still fully legible, and arguably cleaner.image/svg+xml, so the README<img>renders (the URL points atmain, so it goes live on merge).Geometry:
