This PR now implements the charge asymmetry with only one uncorrelated systematic. This is the current data-theory plot, using the grids. As there are no correlated uncertainties, the shifted and unshifted plots are the same. |

This PR aims to implement the charge asymmetry measurement into the CMS_WPWM_13TEV_ETA dataset.
So far, the relevant raw data files have been added to the commondata.
