Review comments at @examples/kimi_k3/README.md:
- Around line 248-249: Update the Kimi K3 example description to state that CUDA
graphs are disabled by the example configuration, not restricted by SA; retain
the note that graph-enabled SA is functional but its performance has not been
remeasured. Keep the separate overlap-scheduler and max_batch_size details
unchanged.
- Around line 249-250: Update the `max_batch_size` statement in the Kimi K3
README to present 8 as the generation-server setting used by this example, not
as a fixed upper bound; keep the reference to `gen_config.yaml`.
- Around line 207-212: Update the suffix-automaton serving example in
“Suffix-automaton speculative decoding” to include a positive max_draft_len in
speculative_config, matching the value used by the Kimi K3 evaluation config.

Description
Cherry-pick of #19784 (merge commit f1a48e6) to
release/1.3.Fixes https://nvbugs/6783973.
examples/kimi_k3/README.mddescribed suffix-automaton (SA) speculative decoding under "Current limitations" even though the bullet states SA is supported for both aggregated and disaggregated serving. #17939 enabled SA under disaggregated serving and rewrote the old "not yet supported" sentence into a support statement, but left it under the limitations heading, so supported functionality read as a limitation. This change:
max_batch_size8 with matching CUDA-graphmax_batch_size), and the disaggregated constraints (eager,max_batch_size<= 8 on the generation server).--saeval cross-reference to point at both the new section and the limitations bullet.Doc-only change. The restriction values were checked against
examples/kimi_k3/eval_extra_llm_options_sa.yamlandexamples/kimi_k3/disagg/gen_config.yaml, which are identical onrelease/1.3andmain. The README onrelease/1.3was byte-identical to the merge commit's parent, so the cherry-pick applied cleanly with no conflicts.Test Coverage
Doc-only change (one README). No code paths affected.
PR Checklist
Dev Engineer Review
The README moves suffix-automaton (SA) instructions into a dedicated section and updates the
--sacross-reference. It retains the KV-cache block-reuse restriction and the documented aggregated and disaggregated configuration limits. This documentation-only change does not alter code or runtime behavior.QA Engineer Review
No test changes.
Per-File QA Perspective
examples/kimi_k3/README.md: Verify that the SA instructions match the supported configurations. The README documents the KV-cache block-reuse restriction, evaluated aggregated settings, disaggregated constraints, and the CUDA-graph status.
