Description
When MPI worker spawn fails, the mpi4py pool manager thread dies and the pending futures are never resolved, so the caller waits forever instead of seeing an error.
Add
MpiPoolSession.check_worker_error(), which returns aRuntimeErrorwhen the pool's manager thread is no longer alive and the pool was not shut down intentionally. This lets the proxy's worker-error check detect the dead pool and fail fast.Test Coverage
