WSL update: 3.0.1 #76

@Nawid3333 WSL 3.0.1 is out (2026-09-29): https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/releases/tag/3.0.1

To update WSL on your PC, in PowerShell:

wsl --version # the version you have now
wsl --update # Windows may ask for administrator rights
wsl --shutdown # stops WSL, so its next start runs the new version

If wsl --version still shows the old version afterwards, Microsoft has not rolled it out to you yet; wsl --update --web-download takes it from GitHub instead.

Close this issue once WSL is updated, or to skip this version. GitHub can't see your PC, so it won't close on its own. If a newer WSL comes out first, this issue is closed and a new one opened.
