[Feature Request] Add option to import backup file shared as tar #1041

Guidelines

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.

• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

As far as I can see there's no option to import backup previously shared using share button on backup. Unpacking it manually is tedious as it requires to create new directory with package name (or move contents to existing directory)

Proposed Solution

Add option to import tar file using file picker
