The wizard should provide a step-by-step onboarding experience covering the essential system settings, including security, branding, and basic operational configuration, without exposing advanced or critical options.

The focus is on the initial onboarding experience, not on daily administration.

Main Goals

• Provide a guided, sequential First Configuration Wizard
• Configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for administrative accounts
• Simplify initial setup of users, extensions, and devices
• Provide real-time validation and clear feedback
• Ensure a mobile-friendly and responsive experience

Wizard Steps

1. Welcome & Context

• Introductory screen explaining the setup process
• Progress indicator (stepper)
• System prerequisites check

2. Security

• Enable (mandatory or recommended) 2FA for administrator
