Devices - redesign admin UI

Goal
Provide a clear and centralized overview of all devices (physical phones), simplifying provisioning and model management.

UI redesign: Physical phones

"Devices" renamed to Physical phones, split into 3 tabs: Phones, Models, Settings.

Table with Model, Brand, Phones, Type, Last update, and row actions
Add / duplicate a model from an existing detected phone, via drawer
Delete only available for unused custom models
Model detail page with collapsible sections for provisioning settings, plus reset and discard options
Import custom template from file

All flows include empty states, confirmation modals for destructive actions, and success toasts
