Fix NeuralynxRawIO reading in one-dir mode with nested directories - #1777

The 'defaults' channel might have been added implicitly. If this is intentional, add 'defaults' to the 'channels' list. Otherwise, consider setting 'conda-remove-defaults' to 'true'.
