Polish the CLI and skill-installer reporting found in release validation #3570

Small issues found together in the 2026-10-05 headless validation of main. None blocks a release.

• Untargeted nodespace diagnostics shows [requires_extension] but neither the refusal message nor unsupported_extensions (database list has both). database use accepts a refused database without a warning.
• After uninstall, nodespace skill status says "No agent harnesses detected" although all five harness dirs exist. Re-running install rewrites files and reports "installed", while the help says installed harnesses "are left alone". Uninstall leaves the empty skills/ dirs it created.
• nodespace logs --path-only resolves to the Homebrew log and ignores NODESPACE_HOME.
• Error text includes a raw gRPC MetadataMap{…} dump.
• Grammar: "a ai-chat-message".
• A refused root create names an id that was never created.
• skill guidance reports confidence above 1.0 (1.113).
• nodespaced --help is rejected ("supported: --tray, --version"). Print usage instead.
• Pre-existing (same in v0.3.3): search "" with --collection returns 0 for a collection with members, and search "" --type text fills its first page with seeded agent-guidance fragments.
