[FEATURE] Add transferable projects

Problem

So sometimes you want to switch between devices when your editing, however I don't think OpenCut currently has that functionality.

Solution

Adding a Export as Project function that will export the project file that can be imported on OpenCut to another computer.

actually accounts wont work since OpenCut claims to never use the cloud to store data which means that there should just be a file to load the projects.

I totally agree. Switching between a desktop and a laptop is a standard part of many creators' workflows today. Adding an 'Export Project' function is likely the best 'Alternative' to a full account system. Accounts require servers and maintenance, whereas a local file export is private, fast, and stays true to the open-source spirit of OpenCut. A simple 'Import/Export' menu in the dashboard would solve 90% of the friction for users editing across multiple devices.
