'pygml error: The extension couldn't be loaded' when trying to export as audio

I HAVE A THEORY

I think that this has something to do with Microsoft's stupid OneDrive because on windows 11 it autobackups and a lot of files get fucked over. Even text files get corrupted and dont work. I think that nbs might not be the issue here. I tried this on a older windows 10 that doesnt have autobackup and it worked!

Again, I don't know why/how this is just a theory.

I recently installed the latest version of NBS, on a fresh Windows 11 installation, and here it is. The same error.
On my Windows 10, no error message appeared, it just crashes and close the NBS.
