visionOS: full geisterhand fn-pointer registration block (#185 Phase D follow-up) #242
Description
Context
Phase D of #185 shipped the geisterhand inspector at localhost:7676/ with live tree view, per-widget StyleProps editing (POST /style/:h), and screenshot preview. v0.5.350 (macOS) + v0.5.360 (iOS / tvOS / GTK4 / Windows) wired the per-platform apply_style dispatcher; visionOS was deferred because its crates/perry-ui-visionos/src/app.rs doesn't currently have a #[cfg(feature = "geisterhand")] registration block at all — only the pump call.
What's missing
crates/perry-ui-visionos/src/app.rs needs the same registration shape as iOS / tvOS:

Verification
The visionOS sim is tier-3 — needs nightly + -Zbuild-std. Build target: aarch64-apple-visionos-sim.

Smoke test: launch any visionOS sim app compiled with --enable-geisterhand, hit localhost:7676/, verify the tree shows widgets and POST /style/:h produces visible color/opacity changes (same shape as the macOS smoke test in v0.5.360).

Already implemented in v0.5.404 (see CLAUDE.md changelog entry):
The registration block exists in
crates/perry-ui-visionos/src/app.rs(state_set / screenshot_capture / textfield_set_string / scroll_set / read_value / query_tree / apply_style — all seven), andcrates/perry-ui-visionos/src/geisterhand_style.rsis in place mirroring the iOS impl. Closing as already shipped.
