BUG: Refit Tutorial 13 heart model when the shape model is newer; FAQ - #178
Tutorial 13 reused its saved heart fit whenever the files existed. A fit saved before the Duke heart shape model changed has a different topology than the one the cardiac network predicts for, so inference failed with "Fitted reference mesh has 20000 points, expected 19997". The saved fit is now reused only if it is at least as new as the shape model's pca_model.json; otherwise the heart is refitted.
Add a FAQ entry for that error: the fitted mesh came from a different shape model than the network was trained with, usually a fit cached in a tutorial's output directory by an earlier run.

Documentation
Added an FAQ explaining fitted-mesh point-count errors, how to clear outdated cached fits, and how to resolve mismatched models. It also notes that downloading a pre-trained model may be skipped if one is already present; move or delete the existing model directory first.
Bug Fixes
Tutorial 13 now refits the heart model when its cached mesh is missing or older than the PCA model, preventing reuse of stale fits.

Heart-fit freshness and recovery guidance tutorials/tutorial_13_combine_heart_and_lung_motion_chest_3d_ct.py, docs/faq.rst
The tutorial checks whether the fitted mesh is at least as recent as heart_pca_json before reusing the fit. The FAQ explains the point-count mismatch, stale-fit removal, and options for matching PCA and AI model weights.
Users may continue to encounter the mesh mismatch after following the documented fix; clarify how to obtain matching PCA assets.

Explanation
The title names the two changes in the PR: the Tutorial 13 heart-model refit when the shape model is newer, and the FAQ addition. It follows the repository's BUG: prefix convention, which the template does not list. The title is slightly off-convention for the template's allowed prefixes, but the check here is about relevance to the changeset, and the title matches the changeset.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description states the problem and the fix: Tutorial 13 now refits the heart when the saved fit is older than pca_model.json. It also explains the FAQ entry for the point-count error. The template's 'What and why' and 'Release note' sections are present, but the Release note section is missing. The 'Not tested here' section is also missing. The checklist is filled in, with the Tests and migration boxes left unchecked. No issue is linked, so the 'Fixes #123' line is absent.
Resolution
Consider adding the missing 'Release note' line (or 'None' for internal changes) and the 'Not tested here' section. Also consider linking the related issue with 'Fixes #...' if one exists. Confirm whether tests were added, since the Tests box is unchecked. Clarify whether the migration entry is required, since the Public API box is unchecked.

Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 1 files. Tell users to clear existing weights before re-downloading
For the existing-but-mismatched checkpoint/PCA pair described here, the suggested command will not download a replacement. _DownloadWeightsDirectory explicitly documents “Skips the download when … checkpoint … already exists” and implements that guard in src/monai_physio/download_data.py:714–719. I confirmed that a listed command returns success without changing an existing pair, so following this recovery advice leaves the mismatch intact and inference still fails. Tell users to back up/remove the affected weights directory, or use a clean destination, before re-downloading.

Do not imply that the lung download command provides the PCA model.
PhysicsNeMo-MGN-Lung-Motion downloads or reuses only the MGN checkpoint. Tutorial 13 reads the lung PCA model from Tutorial 6's separate output. A user can therefore replace the checkpoint and retain an incompatible PCA model. Limit this guidance to downloads that bundle both assets, or document the supported source for the matching lung PCA model.
