SM8750: bump kernel 7.1.3 → 7.1.8

Summary

• What is the goal of this PR?

Bump SM8750 (in particular Odin 3) to kernel 7.1.8 (current stable).

Also refreshes SM8750 device patches that had picked up line-offset/fuzz against 7.1.8 during the version-skip (7.1.3 → 7.1.8). Every patch in this PR now applies at offset 0 with 0 fuzz. Purely mechanical — no logic changes:

• non-git-diff style patches (diff -Naur / diff -rupbN) regenerated as unified diff --git for consistency
• commit-message headers (From:/Subject:/rationale) preserved verbatim where they existed

Testing

• Tested 7.1.8 briefly on my own Odin 3 (7.1.7 for several days prior).
• All 63 SM8750 patches apply against pristine 7.1.8: 61 clean, 2 fuzzy (the 2 fuzzy ones are pre-existing from origin/next, out of scope here).
