What/Why/How?

Pull requests opened with an AI assistant often break the repository conventions: a changed PR template, unrelated files in the commit, or a missing changeset.
This PR adds a /pr skill that opens a draft PR the way the contributing guide expects.

• It starts a new branch from the latest main with --no-track, so a plain git push cannot target main.
• It runs the checks, adds a changeset or the no changeset needed label, and stages each file by its path.
• It copies the PR template and keeps every section and checkbox, including Screenshots (optional).
• It keeps internal context out of the public title, body, and commits.

Overview
Adds a new Claude Code skill at .claude/skills/pr/SKILL.md that walks an agent through opening a draft PR on Redocly CLI without touching product code (except optionally adding a changeset). The workflow covers understanding the diff, branching from latest main with --no-track, running compile/lint/typecheck/tests (or lighter checks for docs-only), changeset vs no changeset needed, path-by-path staging, Conventional Commits, filling the full PR template, and gh pr create --draft, plus guidance for updating an existing PR body.

CLAUDE.md now tells contributors to run /pr alongside the existing /deslop step before shipping.
