Added 2 new settings:
Admin > Video Conference > Big Blue Button > Enable for teamsAdmin > Video Conference > Jitsi > Enable in teamsIssue(s)
Steps to test or reproduce
Enable Jitsi or BBB and Enable/Disable the new Setting. If disabled, there should be no button for that service in the Teams Channel header. If Enabled, the call button should appear
