Serving locally

To serve locally you can use the simple server included:

OS X and Linux: use simpleserver.py

Windows (64-bit): use simpleserver.exe (a pyinstaller wrapped exe based on the above)

Then point your browser to http://127.0.0.1:8000 (if it does not automatically start)
