…ck in README - CHANGELOG: move [Unreleased] into [1.0.0] - 2026-06-19, organized by the four layers (engineering method & portability, non-destructive updates, universal hooks, anti-debt agent, AI-docs system). Adds the previously-undocumented anti-debt agent, hooks and portability work. - README: add components 13-16 (canonical engineering method / AGENTS.md, universal hooks, anti-debt governance agent, portable non-destructive updates) so everything shipped since the initial docs stack is discoverable. Prepares the v1.0.0 git tag (the baseline for stack-update-check.sh).
