Description
SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Bluetooth module shows firmware version 0.0.0.0 and is completely non-functional. Device is otherwise working on 2.4GHz wireless.

- Recovery mode multiple times (holding buttons while connecting USB)

I am in the same boat as many other users.
The only thing I can add is that using the GG firmware update tool the device does enter bootloader mood and perhaps this can be used to exploit some kind of repair

Я связался с поставщиком ,и вернул товар.Немного переплатив взял у местного ритейлера с гарантией год.Так как ни 1 из сервисов не взялся за эту работу,сказав что возможно заводской брак пайки. До этого я перепробовал все способы включая ручную прошивку чипа.

That's actually crazy bro, so effectively the device is completely dead when the firmware is 0.0.0.0

Нет,радиоканал полностью исправен,но подключить к телефону было невозможно.Есть варианты попробовать перепрошить через старые версии GG,но тут как повезёт.На крайний случай проверять пайку модуля , выпаивать чип и прошивать программатором,запаивать обратно .Либо просто терпеть и пользоваться радиоканалом

I appreciate the detailed reply. I'm not ready to give up on just yet as it was a very expensive pair of headphones. I will try to use a Mac to reflash. I will open it to look at the solder connections and I will also try to use a different PC the good news is like I said it's entering boot loader mode so maybe there is a firmware mismatch. I've been tracking many posts on Reddit and will continue to do such a try to find a solution to this

Желаю вам удачи в этом деле.Просто иногда лучше отпустить ситуацию ,немного расстроиться и сделать возврат/замену оборудования.Некоторые вещи в жизни выше наших возможностей )
