Two small UI changes.

Skin order. The picker now runs Light, Minimal Light, Light Grey, Light Bank, Dark, Minimal Dark, Dark Lilac, Dark Bank, ION Dark, Nebula, so each base lists its variants in the same order instead of two differently sorted groups. Settings and the sidebar cycle both build their options from the THEMES list, so the order only had to change there.

Duration-chart dropdown in the dark skin. The dark skin paints every .input-field on surface-lowest with a deep inset shadow so fields sink into a dialog panel. On the dashboard card that tone reads as a black hole next to the card's grey. A new .input-field-on-card modifier keeps the field in the card's own grey family (surface-high, focus on surface-highest) with a flatter inset and lets the rim do the delineating. Only the workflow dropdown uses it; the other skins already put .input-field on surface-high and are unchanged.

Ran themeStore.test.ts, designerLightParity.test.ts and the dashboard component tests, plus tsc --noEmit. The rest is covered by CI.

The picker now runs Light, Minimal Light, Light Grey, Light Bank, Dark,
Minimal Dark, Dark Lilac, Dark Bank, ION Dark, Nebula, so each base pairs
its variants in the same order. Settings and the sidebar cycle both read
the THEMES list, so the order lives in one place.

The workflow dropdown on the duration chart used the deep recess the dark
skin gives every input. That tone is meant for dialogs; on a raised card it
reads as a hole. It now stays in the card's own grey family.
