  • security-findings.md: table of colliding tags (H-1, H-3, H-4, H-17, M-2, L-2), table of markers that only exist in code, note on entries whose tag comment is gone.
  • TextFileEditActivityTests.RegexBacktracking: failed on main CI because the 5 s process deadline includes PowerShell 5.1 startup. Deadline is 30 s now; the regex budget (500 ms) and the assertions are unchanged.

Tests run: DocumentationCountsTests, TextFileEditActivityTests (43 passed).

Closes #497

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

security-findings.md now lists every meaning of the reused H/M/L tags and
the markers that only exist in code.

TextFileEditActivityTests.RegexBacktracking failed on a loaded CI runner:
the 5 s process deadline includes Windows PowerShell startup, while the
regex budget inside the activity is 500 ms. The deadline is now 30 s; the
assertion that the regex fails inside the activity is unchanged.
