[3.0]: Out of memory error trying to view board index

Basic Information

Trying to view the board index with the latest commits pulled through causes a blank screen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Pull in latest GitHub commits
2. Try to view the board index

Expected result

Board index loads like usual

Actual result

Blank screen due to out-of-memory error

Additional Information

I am able to manually access other parts of the forum by changing the URL, and everything loads then, except a different error is displayed in place of the content (will file a separate report on that one).

I am getting the out of memory issues also, even with the latest merges.

In fact, I am getting them on ANY page... Interestingly, the app just slows down & doesn't display an error.

They're just in the PHP error log, and the app is very slow....

I.e., more of this: #8343

I am seeing this behavior on a newly installed 3.0 & on an upgraded one, but it's MUCH worse on the upgraded one chock full of data.

I am seeing errors on line 988 (like above), 292 (like #8549 ) and line 312, all in Lang.php.

Mysql 8.4, PHP 8.4, wamp.

Pulled in the latest commits again and am no longer having this issue.
