Reading through documentation online and asking some AI. This should be all that is needed, though its hard to test and verify because I don't have a collaborator account, and could not use a private/personal account as it is un-trusted as a collaborator as well. |

Meant to fix an error where non-st developers get a 403 error when trying to trigger the
run-jenkins-driver-testjob due to permissions errors.
