Following up on standardizing the Neuropixels information, we should use the information in the https://github.com/billkarsh/ProbeTable repo.
We should also add array annotations about the mux table, which contains info about which channel was sampled by which ADC. This is important for phase shifting and CMR by group (see SpikeInterface/spikeinterface#3895)
