I opened the command palette and typed in WinMerge but nothing came up. This is how I (and a lot of other ST users, I believe) find commands specific to a package. I had to comb this repo's readme to find that there is a keyboard shortcut (which I probably won't remember next time) to trigger this package's functionality.
