Fix the 2.0.1 release gate discovered by #712.
The pack job produced 2.0.1 packages, but
eng/verify-public-api.shstill defaulted to opening 2.0.0 package filenames. This change derives the package version fromDirectory.Build.propswhen no explicit version is supplied.Also advances the explicitly reviewed release calibration manifest to 2.0.1 while keeping the 1.1.1-to-2.0 version-axis calibration unchanged.
This PR targets
dev; #712 will automatically pick it up and rerun the main release gate.
