收口已通过 dev 验证的 #776：正式 full 性能矩阵显式使用 3 亿样本容量，并按发布负责人最新要求将发布 TCP/SharedMemory soak 与同次 ABI 动态模块验收缩短至十分钟。原 3000 万容量在 20 秒 OneWay 场景耗尽使运行 invalid；相同负载使用 3 亿容量的单场景诊断完整记录 78,561,754 次、零失败。该诊断不代表完整矩阵通过。
容量超限仍失败，正式完整采样、负载时长/并发/五轮重复不变。发布长稳检查点为每两分钟，重启、故障恢复与资源归零断言保持；日常定时 ABI 长稳仍两小时，发布 ABI 必须执行完整末轮并记录真实时长。旧五小时任务按负责人要求取消，原始检查点保留为未完成证据。
验证：#776 Fast、CodeQL、分配门禁全部通过；本地 LoadTest.Tests 60/60，full JIT 1485 次命令与原负载逐项对照、smoke JIT/AOT、边界非法容量、长稳配置/覆盖及独立审查通过。
本 PR 沿正常 main Release Gate 合并，不修改保护规则。合并后在新的最终 SHA 再执行本地冻结、Release Gate、十分钟发布稳定性测试和完整性能矩阵；全部必需验收正常通过后才创建 v2.0.3 tag/正式包。Kan 三条依赖草稿与 #518 禁止自动合并保持。
