HOTFIX: main red with CS0105 — remove the duplicate using I added - #2414

MeshApiEndpoints.cs(15,7): error CS0105: The using directive for
'MeshWeaver.AI' appeared previously in this namespace
This one is entirely mine. Another session had ALREADY fixed the CS0246 in #2408
("restore the MeshOperations using I deleted as a phantom", merged 17:44, main
green at 17:44:57). I diagnosed the same break independently, wrote the same fix
in #2411, and merged it at 18:01 — without re-checking whether main was still
red. Two identical usings, and under -warnaserror CS0105 is an error.
Removes MY block and keeps #2408's, which landed first and already carries the
explanation. Net effect on main is now exactly #2408's fix, as it should have
been.
The lesson is the cheap one I skipped: BEFORE landing a hotfix, re-verify the
failure still reproduces on the CURRENT tip. Main had moved twice while I worked
(#2408 at 17:44, #2410 at 18:02). A red main is precisely when several people
converge on the same fix, so it is precisely when "is it still broken?" must be
re-asked rather than assumed.
Verified: Memex.Portal.Shared builds clean under -c Release -warnaserror against
origin/main with this change (the same build fails on origin/main without it).

Pull request overview
Fixes a build break on main (CS0105) by removing the duplicate using MeshWeaver.AI; block that was inadvertently introduced during parallel hotfixes, while keeping the remaining MeshWeaver.AI import and its explanatory comment needed for MeshOperations.
Changes:
- Removes the duplicated
using MeshWeaver.AI;directive (and its redundant comment block) to resolveCS0105. - Preserves the remaining
using MeshWeaver.AI;along with the inline rationale that it is load-bearing forMeshOperations.

Its merge-ref was computed against pre-#2414 main and failed on the same CS0105 the fix removes. Identical tree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Previous run failed on main's transient MeshOperations/CS0105 breakage, not on this branch. Identical tree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The lesson, which is the cheap one I skipped
Before landing a hotfix, re-verify the failure still reproduces on the current tip. Main had moved twice while I worked — #2408 at 17:44 and #2410 at 18:02. A red main is exactly when several people converge on the same fix, so it is exactly when "is it still broken?" has to be re-asked rather than assumed. I was optimising for speed on a blocked deploy and skipped the one check that would have made the speed unnecessary.
Worth noting it also fits this repo's own theme: I acted on a stale observation — accurate when I made it, false by the time I used it — which is the same failure mode as an agent reporting "still outstanding" from behind an outage.
