Adds local pairing to the existing connection card: one input recognizes local and remote links, pairing-required opens the local form, and verified connections show their pairing details. Replacement and explicit verification bypass each require a visible confirmation. Rejected replacement links preserve the active connection and draft; skip warnings remain visible outside collapsed settings with a restore action.

Retained remote authorizations show expiry and can be reselected before expiry without a new link. All new copy is translated into the ten supported locales. The status row distinguishes verified, unverified, remote and pairing-required connections.

Validation: 119 popup component tests cover all 11 design states, link detection, replacement rejection, skip confirmation/restoration and retained remote authorization. Full extension suite passed (2,618 tests; 235 environment-specific skips), 64 i18n checks passed, and lint/typecheck/production build passed. Rendered the production popup in isolated Chrome at 340px for all 11 states in Chinese and German; fixed confirmation-button overflow and rechecked all 22 renders.

Stack: 6/9. Base: #428.

Stack order: #424 → #425 → #426 → #427 → #428 → #429 → #430 → #431 → #432. Each PR targets the preceding branch; PR8 and PR9 retain their release prerequisites.
