System surfaces: adopt the glance language, reload gate (#58), expiry snippet, refresh control #61

I think in general we are under-utilizing complications / widgetkit in a lot of our apps - especially the Smart Stack, complications, widgets, controls and custom Siri ui - particularly the new stuff added for Siri Ai. If we have capacity - file an issue to task fable with a coherent - and particularly well designed from a UX and a design/ui perspective across the suite. Then have opus build it app by app.

Report before/after reload counts, render every family shipped (watch families on a watch destination), add or extend AppIntentTrademarkTests, ship via local-distribution.
