ASNetworkImageNode sometime disappeared and restored touch it in ASCellNode when layerBacked is YES

If I set .layerBacked to NO, no this issue.

@maicki I debugged and found the "gray" area is "placeholderColor", when you scroll to long range bottom and return to top, the placeholder will appear at the most front and touch the cell image will appear again.
