[Skin] Account (User) screen — v2 Muster + CRT identity #153
Description
Apply the shared CRT styling treatment to the existing Account/User screen.
Palette: v2 Muster — --ac #D4A028, --bg #161109, --bg2 #1D1810, --ink #F3ECDB, --ink2 #B9B09C, --stamp #9C4A22. Grunge 20% (utility screen).
Scope: skin existing screen (already built). Per the locked design decision (PR #152, docs/specs/2026-06-12-pillar-crt-styling-system.md) and the visual confirm at 02_DESIGN & WORKING FILES/2026-06-12-musterdeck-pillar-crt-skins.html.
