[Skin] Admin Portal — v2 Muster + CRT identity #154
Description
Apply the shared CRT styling treatment to the existing Admin Portal.
Palette: v2 Muster (same as Account). Grunge 20%. Destructive actions = muted red + Slide-to-Confirm.
Scope: skin existing screen. Per the locked design decision (PR #152, docs/specs/2026-06-12-pillar-crt-styling-system.md) and the visual confirm at 02_DESIGN & WORKING FILES/2026-06-12-musterdeck-pillar-crt-skins.html.

Design spec + interactive mockup for the Admin Portal are up in #171 (v2 Muster skin, left-nav: Status/Users/Team/Analytics/System). Covers Manage modal + 24h/7d timeout + ban/blocklist + moderation history, Team (super-admin/admin/mod), and Analytics/System UI stubs. Blocked by role model #112. Review welcome.
