🧠 Summary

Add a React error boundary component that catches render errors and shows a user-friendly fallback screen instead of a blank white page.

📦 Scope

A top-level ErrorBoundary component wrapping the entire app.

🚫 Out of Scope

Per-route or per-module error boundaries.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• ErrorBoundary component created
• Wraps the root render in main.tsx
• Shows a clear 'Something went wrong' message with a reload button on error
• Error details logged to console in development only

🧪 Testing / Validation

• Throw a deliberate error inside a child component and verify the fallback renders instead of a blank screen
