Game can crash on application shutdown in BrowserEngine.dll #99

Game can crash on application shutdown in BrowserEngine.dll. This issue was introduced with Windows Vista. I am unable to reproduce it right now, but have seen it on Windows 7 for sure. Game would crash on quit in BrowserEngine.dll. This DLL file is located in the Generals game root directory and is loaded by both Generals and Generals Zero Hour. BrowserEngine.dll appears to be nothing and can be removed without breaking functionality in the game.

Thyme could skip loading this DLL to avoid crashing on application shutdown.
