This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

The static shape and theconnect.subjectresolver keep working unchanged.perRepository(params?)in@github-tools/sdk/connect:connect: perRepository()mints each token withauthorizationDetails: [{ type: 'github_app_installation', org: owner, repositories: [repo] }], and falls back to the staticparamsfor calls without a repository target. It works withgithubExtension, connectGithubTools, andconnectGithubToken. Using it from an eve agent requires@github-tools/sdkas a direct dependency.connectGithubTools/connectGithubTokenaccept a(call) => paramsresolver asconnect/params. Scopes still derive frompreset/include/excludeunless the resolved params setscopes.
