[CMAKE MODULES] cmake to create a rule compile #4

Cmake should generate a rule compile .
The rule compile :

• compile sources from src/main/headers/ and src/main/cpp/
• place *.o files in build/main-obj/
• copy headers in `build/tmp/headers/
• place produces libraries (*.a, *.so *.dll) in build/tmp/lib/
• place produce executable in build/tmp/bin/

This shoule be done in the module 'graple-cpp'
