Overview
Subscription lifecycle messages now surface server-provided context: StreamMessage.CaughtUp and StreamMessage.FellBehind are data records with Timestamp, optional StreamPosition, and optional Position (for $all), mapped from the gRPC read stream instead of marker singletons. Integration tests assert the expected fields for stream vs. all subscriptions.

Test and sample infrastructure standardizes on ghcr.io/trogonstack/trogoneventstore:ci (with ${ES_DOCKER_TAG:-ci} in compose files), drops in-memory DB and Atom-over-HTTP env defaults, removes RunInMemory from fixture options, and waits on /-/readiness (with curl --fail) for container readiness. The manual integration workflow makes server_image optional with that same default.

Sample compose files drop legacy EventStore CE images and trim obsolete env vars; the TLS sample adds a curl-based healthcheck.
