    It's still alpha :)

    The examples are in app.d and test.d
    You have to know the layout of your database to be able to use this efficiently.

    I have to make sure that the api I promote does not hurt performance.

    This was just a heads up - it you share a link in announce there might be people who actually want to try it ;-)

    So far the interest was less then expected :)
    Maybe the name suggests just another sqlite wrapper ....

    Don't worry - people don't like alpha software
    Maybe just post some benchmarks against the c reference implementation once you are a bit more stable in the api.

    Do you have any improvment proposals ?

    @rnowling

    +1 to adding a README, at least describing what sqlite-d is, the goals for the project, and the license.

    @Downchuck

    I'd like to see that README and a clear license as well. My preference for D libraries is Boost.

    As a potential consumer of this library: I'm not that concerned about benchmarks. The ability to go ahead and use SQLite files in this direct low level and D-native manner, that's what I like. Very cool project.

    @Wulfklaue

    +1

    The fact that its a ORM becomes only clear when a user looks at the test data.

    @aberba

    Yeah. I really need a README
