Brings the test project's lock file up to Microsoft.Data.SqlClient 7.1.0.
#5 moved the library to SqlClient 7.1.0. Dependabot opened it before the test
project existed, so it updated only
SQLServerInteraction/packages.lock.json,and CI on main has failed since: the locked restore stops with NU1004, the
test project's lock file being out of step with the library it references.
This is
dotnet restore --force-evaluateand nothing else; onlySQLServerInteraction.Tests/packages.lock.jsonchanges. The locked restorethen passes, the Release build has no warnings, and all 111 tests pass
against the container on SqlClient 7.1.0, the bulk copy column-mapping
behaviour the README describes included.
