This PR let ateom-microvm reads the per-actor directories from the
ActorDirs(added in #1730) in the request instead of deriving them from the actor UID.The paths ateom-microvm still builds itself are put into microvm specific
cmd/ateom-microvm/actorpath.go.The
ateompathpackage as nothing uses it anymore.Fix #1604
