Moves the Client-Provided System Prompt RFD to Preview.

Changes

  • Empty content: Clients MUST NOT send an empty systemPrompt.content array, and Agents MAY reject one with -32602. This matches the empty prompt rule on session/prompt. Updated in the RFD, both draft session-setup guides, and the v1/v2 content doc comments. Adds an FAQ entry explaining that removing a prompt from an existing session is out of scope.
  • Implementations: records the Claude Agent adapter (#1366, v0.92.0, append + override) and the Codex adapter (#653, v2.3.0, append).
  • Stale references: points the codex-acp links at agentclientprotocol/codex-acp and marks the "does not expose a prompt" statements as historical.
  • Schema description: fixes the broken v1 SystemPrompt.mode description ("In Rust,\nUnknown\nvalues are preserved") using the v2 wording.
  • Bookkeeping: RFD Updates entry, revision history, and the move to the Preview group in docs.json.

The feature stays behind unstable_session_system_prompt. No wire changes.

npm run generate and npm run check pass.

Clients must not send an empty systemPrompt content array, and Agents may
reject one. Records the Claude Agent and Codex adapter implementations and
fixes the v1 mode field description.
