compose the final ALIEN-823 lifecycle fixes so pinned consumers receive the reviewed CRD and Terraform behavior

This regeneration removes existing public exports such as `Verification`, `Scope`, and `Operation` in favor of newly qualified names. These modules are re-exported through `src/models/operations/index.ts`, while the package version remains 3.3.22, so consumers importing the old symbols will fail to compile. This unrelated generated drift should be restored and released separately.
